Terms of service
These terms cover your use of RezPointMCP at mcp.rezpoint.xyz. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
RezPointMCP connects Claude to your Apple Calendar, Reminders and Notes. Calendar works through iCloud when you connect it. Reminders and Notes work through an optional helper on your Mac, which must be on and signed in for changes to run. RezPointMCP is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc. or Anthropic.
Your account
- You need a valid email address, and you’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Keep your install command and any private connector URL secret. Anyone who has them can act on your account.
- You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service. For example, don’t try to access other people’s accounts or data, interfere with the service, get around rate limits, or use it for anything unlawful.
Changes made on your behalf
RezPointMCP carries out the actions Claude requests, such as creating, changing or deleting events, reminders and notes. Review what Claude proposes, especially deletions. We aren’t responsible for changes made at your or Claude’s request, or for queued changes that expire before your Mac comes online.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan is provided as is. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time from the customer portal linked on your dashboard. Pro stays active until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for, and isn’t refunded for partial periods unless the law requires it.
- We may change prices with advance notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Availability
We work to keep RezPointMCP running, but it’s provided “as is” without warranties. It depends on third-party services (Apple iCloud, Claude, and our hosting and payment providers) that we don’t control. We may change or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, RezPointMCP isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, email atinderpaulk@rezpoint.xyz. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
