Privacy policy

RezPointMCP lets Claude read and update your Apple Calendar, Reminders and Notes. This page explains what we store, why, and who helps us run the service.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you sign in with Google or Apple, the basic profile those services share (name, email). Sign-in, passwords and email verification are handled by our provider, Clerk. We never see your password.
• iCloud Calendar connection (optional): your Apple ID email and an app-specific password, which we encrypt (AES-256-GCM) before storing. It is used only to read and change your calendars when you ask Claude to. You can disconnect it on your dashboard or revoke it at account.apple.com at any time.
• Requests for the Mac helper (optional): when Claude changes Reminders or Notes, the request (for example “add reminder: call the bank, due Friday”) waits in a queue until your Mac picks it up, along with the result. Finished requests are deleted after 7 days. Waiting requests expire after 24 hours on the Free plan, or stay until your Mac comes back on the Pro plan.
• Settings: your time zone, your plan, and basic details about your Mac helper (computer name, macOS version, when it last checked in).
• Connections: records of the apps you’ve allowed (such as Claude) and when they were last used. Access tokens are stored only as one-way hashes.
• Billing (Pro): your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and subscription status. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, never by us.
• Usage analytics: anonymous page-view and performance statistics from Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which don’t use cookies.

What we don’t collect

• We don’t copy or keep your calendars, reminders or notes. They stay in your iCloud account and on your devices.
• We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
• We don’t read your conversations with Claude. We only receive the specific actions Claude asks us to perform.

How we use it

Only to run the service: to sign you in, carry out the actions you ask Claude to take, show your setup status, manage your plan, and keep the service secure (for example, rate-limiting sign-in and connection attempts).

Google and Apple sign-in

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only your name and email address to create your account. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

We use these providers to run RezPointMCP, and they process data on our behalf:

• Vercel: hosting and analytics
• Supabase: database
• Clerk: sign-in and account emails
• Stripe: payments
• Apple iCloud: receives your calendar requests when you connect iCloud Calendar

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). iCloud app-specific passwords are encrypted at rest, and tokens are stored only as hashes. Database access is restricted to the application.

Your choices

• Disconnect iCloud, the Mac helper, or any connected app from your dashboard at any time.
• Cancel queued requests from your dashboard before they run.
• Manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe customer portal linked on your dashboard.
• To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email atinderpaulk@rezpoint.xyz. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

RezPointMCP isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
